Leadership

The Love's have been married and in ministry together for over 20 years, and met while in ministry training.  They have two beautiful children.  They have had ministry seasons working with youth, college and career, missions, children, campus pastors, and lead pastors.
 
Their vision goes beyond building crowds, and into building disciples and partnering with the work the Lord is doing through His Church to see our region transformed with God's love.  They lead dependent on the guiding of God's Spirit, and fueled by the commission of the advancing His Kingdom in the earth!

Pastor Jeff & Pastor Sherry love serving CLF!  They are passionate about God, His work, family, the local church, community & missions.  
They have 4 children & 7 grandchildren.  They love life & are excited about all that God is doing in & through CLF, locally & globally!

Paul Hefner is on staff at CLF, serving as worship leader where he leads the congregation musically in worship. Paul and his wife Pauravi live in Bristol, WI, and are empty nesters. They have one amazing daughter living on the west coast who is a visual artist. Paul is passionate about shepherding worship team members and developing the next generation of worship leaders. He finds such joy when leading worship in helping break down barriers, making space for our Lord to move, and do what only He can do. Paul is voted most likely to do a 'face-plant' when in God's presence.

Pastor Rachel and Brad feel called to serve and raise up the next generation through love, discipleship and dedication. They have a heart for kids, youth and families in need.

They have been married for 8 years and have a six year old daughter who is passionate about helping others.
