We are holding in house live church services for all who are able to join us!
Below are the guidelines for our in person meetings, but please also take a minute to watch the video above that gives the most current update on our newest procedures and guideline updates.
We are very excited to be together for church, and yet are very concerned for your safety and take our responsibility seriously to lay out guidelines:
-We will be opening the doors of the church at 9:45.
-The areas that will be open in the building include the Lobby, restroom hallway, restrooms, and of course the sanctuary.
-Our Ushers/Greeters will meet you at the door and take your temperature with a contact free thermometer, and ensure you do not have a 100 degree or higher temperature. If you have a high temp we will not be able to permit you to proceed into the service.
- Our Ushers will then walk you into the sanctuary and help you to find a seat that will accommodate your household.
-We will move everyone in as quickly as possible but ask that you patiently wait and do not crowd the lobby. Please stand on the floor markers provided.
-We ask that you wear a mask when entering the building until you are seated with your household and the worship service begins, continuing to stay socially distanced from other congregants. Once Service is over we ask that you put on your mask as you are exiting the sanctuary or anytime you are moving about the building.
- If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask for the entirety of service we will be reserving a section of the sanctuary only for those with a mask on at all times. Just let your usher know you would like seating in this section.
-We will be social distancing still, and so ask that you keep the 6 foot distance and no contact greetings.
-There will be offering drop locations inside the Sanctuary entry and we will NOT be passing the bags during service.
-There will not be childcare or children’s church, but we will be providing children a packet of a few coloring sheets & activities. This will be a shortened service of about an hour, and will include Worship and the Word. We ask that your children remain by your side during the entire time.
-If you want to bring coffee or water you can, but we will not be able to provide any food or drinks including drinking fountains. So it would be a good idea to have a water bottle.
-Obviously if you have any symptoms of sickness or are not feeling well, please participate in service from home.
-We will dismiss in sections with the guidance of the Ushers from back to front. Please make your way outside immediately. There will be no socializing in the foyer.
-We ask that you greet each other and visit outside, but practicing the social distance guidelines and the wearing of masks.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
We love you CLF Family!
